Thats the tagline I used when I emailed my client list with the game plan at the beginning of this year.
'Pure Profit Process' thats the name of the system that we built for every single one of them and saved them literally millions of dollars this year alone.
The best part is they get to keep using it year after year.
It took me a few months to implement everything for their business.
In every case it resulted in three things:
1️⃣ their office team becoming absolute experts
2️⃣ cutting fat off every single cost of their business and fatter profits
3️⃣ adding new products to their brand that sell like hell
I am going to break down the first step for you, right here right now.
This is an appetizer compared to the full meal, but LinkedIn has a character limit.
I promise though theres plenty of meat to this. Let's dig in:
Most People Are Wasting Their Company
You know how it is. Working in fits and spurts.
Everyone rushing to get sales projections in.
Drop everything, theres an emergency meeting for a shipment thats lost.
Don't relax, you got a late night email to make sure a purchase order was actually paid.
While everyone is hopping from one foot to the other and putting out fires, your brand suffers.
You miss the details. You don't notice things changing in your niche.
Your team withers on the vine because they aren't relaxed and enthusiastic.
You wan't to squeeze out every lost drop of what your brand has to offer.
What is required is a systemized routine to address every aspect of • designing your products
• communication with the people who make your products
• how your products are being shipped
• how your customers interact with your products
You will notice some amazing things by putting effort into a routine that covers this:
• your team's expertise will skyrocket
• your supply chain system is so strong, you can adapt easily to crisis
• now you have the positioning to negotiate amazing prices with factories
• ability to easily scale up and add new items to your brand that sell like hell
So this will look different for every company every work week should be a snapshot of your company.
Write out a list of everything that is necessary for your customer.
From packaging to pleasantries. Now start working out a schedule for you and your time to discuss every item on that list.
Start finding the recipe that works for you.
